Decades of product customization, order fulfillment, inventory management, employee development, marketing, merchandising, customer relations and software & hardware administration are now at the fingertips of owners that are just starting out or have the ambition to reach the next level of professionalism.
Our online store gives anyone a free platform to sell merchandise without any overhead. We design & produce the products, create the web page and fulfill orders in house. All you need to do is give us permission, approve designs then sit back, relax and wait for the proceeds to hit your account. Contact us for a free consultation so we can answer questions, share samples and launch your store within 48 hours. Cancellation is as simple as signing/submitting the same permission form, we will bring deactivate the store within 24 hours.
BETB LLC offers free consultations to fully understand your needs (in person meeting, phone call, email and text are available) and are followed by a comprehensive estimate that outline prices, anticipated delivery times, a complete explanation of products & services and digital proofs if applicable. Additional digital proofs and/or digital proof edits are only available after confirmation of the related estimate. Physical proofs are available by request and are subject to additional charges.
Projects are put in motion once written approval of the related estimate is sent by the customer to services@betb.llc and full payment of the related invoice is delivered electronically or mailed/dropped-off at 481 N Frederick Ave Suite 425, Gaithersburg MD 20877. We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and checks made payable to BETB LLC. Services follow a strict schedule (calendar invites are issued for each session) and products are available for pickup at 481 N Frederick Ave Suite 425, Gaithersburg MD 20877 or delivery to an agreed upon location. Delivery and/or shipping charges may apply depending on the order size and delivery area.
Returns are not accepted for any customized products after customizations have been ordered and/or applied based on the proofs provided by BETB and approved by the customer. Online store purchases are custom products made per order and are not eligible for return, refunds are only granted for orders that are cancelled before customizations are applied. Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to deductions such as restocking fees, shipping charges and costs of materials that can't be returned to the supplier(s). Refunds for services are only applicable if the service(s) weren’t delivered and/or if any products related to the service(s) aren’t working as they should. Service related refunds are subject to deductions if the service(s) are delivered partially and termination is not related to actions of BETB LLC. Full refunds for services are only issued if BETB LLC doesn't deliver as specified in the related estimate/invoice.

Based on the information gathered from our meeting, we will assemble a catalog of items for you to choose from within 24 hours. You can requests edits, variations or more products to choose from before making a final decision.
The product catalog will reflect our regular competitive rates, then you decide how much extra to collect for the organization. The proceed payments will be delivered monthly or after the store is closed. Once the designs are set, the website will be live within 24 hours and we will provide the direct link & QR code for you to post.
Shoppers will have the option to pickup orders or have them shipped. We also offer bulk delivery for events. Since the entire process is completed in house, most orders are fulfilled within a week.
